Fiancé, Fiancée / Proposed Civil Partner Visa

You can apply for a Fiancé, Fiancée or Proposed Civil Partner visa if you are in an authentic relation to a person residing in the UK to whom you are intending to get married or enter into a civil partnership within 6 months of arriving in the UK.

Your visa will allow you to enter the UK and get married or enter into a civil partnership. This visa does not give you the right to work in the UK.
