Family Visas Under British Law:

You can enter and settle in the UK as a family member of:

• a British or Irish citizen,
• a settled migrant  (someone with indefinite leave to remain or settled status),
• a European national with pre-settled status,
• a Turkish Business-person visa holder or Turkish Worker visa holder,
• a protection status holder (a refugee or a person with humanitarian protection),
• a stateless person and has permission to stay in the UK.

Spouse/Partner Visa 

Spouse/Partner Visas are available if you are married or in a recognized civil partnership or have been living together in a relationship for at least 2 years and can provide evidence of cohabitation.

Fiancé, Fiancée/Proposed Civil Partner Visa 

Fiancé and Fiancée Visas are available for those in an authentic relationship with someone residing in the UK and whom they intend to marry or enter into a civil partnership with.

Child Visa

Child Visas are available for those minors who wish to join their parents in the UK.
