Laura Morales
Lawyer and Director
Laura Morales is the founder and director of Morales Advisory Services. She has more than 12 years of Immigration Law experience, and is an IAA Level 1 Immigration Lawyer specialising in family applications under British Law (Appendix FM) and European Law (EUSS).
Outside work, Laura is a devoted yoga practitioner who has completed a yoga teacher training and several short courses and workshops. She is also a founder and trustee of Justice Mexico Now, a charitable organisation that aims to raise awareness about human rights violations in Mexico.
She appears regularly as a guest on several TV and radio programs in the UK where she answers the most frequently asked questions on migration from the Latin American community. On these programs, she offers up to date information about the changing legal routes to emigrate and settle in the UK. Do not miss her weekly contributions at ExpressNews UK, her monthly live program Migración Sin Fronteras with Orlando Mancini and occasional appearances on Somos with Cecilia Ramos, Extranjeria2.0 with Rub Diaz and Fuego Latino with Gary Fuentes.

Javier Morales
Executive Director
Javier Morales is the Executive Director of Morales Advisory Services. He manages the company’s day-to-day activities and ensures our clients are well looked after.
Outside work Javier is an experienced beach volleyball player. Each year he plays several tournaments in the UK and across Europe. Javier is now also training indoor volleyball teams, helping younger players to reach their full potential.
Languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Victoria Morales
Legal Secretary
Victoria is our Legal Secretary. She helps us to keep our applications and supporting documents in order, and assists clients with appointments and queries by email and phone.
Victoria is the friendly voice that will answer your call every time you contact the office.
She enjoys cooking and practising yoga, and recently graduated with a Masters in Culinary Innovation, Management and Sustainability at Birkbeck College. Before moving to London, Victoria lived in Sydney for nine years, where she worked as an educational consultant advising international students on relocating to Australia.

Lisa De Coppi
Administrative Assistant
Lisa helps to keep your application documents organised, and attends to the day-to-day administrative duties of the office.
In her free time, when she is not playing beach volleyball she is cozying up reading a book, either under a blanket with a cup of tea or beneath the shadow of a tree.

Parka & PJ
Heads of Fluffiness
Parka is the brains behind Morales Advisory Services… or so he thinks. If you have visited our office or watched any of our videos, it is likely that you already know him. He is always around making sure the office is a friendly, stress-free environment, and giving lots of love to our team and visitors.
PJ (Parka Junior) is the cat version of Parka. He thinks he is a professional hunter and definitely thinks he is more powerful than Parka. PJ is always around making sure we are safe, going from desk-to-desk purring to keep us all relaxed.
